Neighbour From Hell Part 7

I have just spoken to the man from Environmental Health assigned to my case.

There were a couple of interesting points:

  • Recordings, even made with their equipment, isn’t admissable as evidence.
    • He, or another member of EH staff must witness the noise firsthand.
  • They arrange the times to come and listen.
    • Even if they were able to come out on demand, chances are they wouldn’t get here in time in this case.

They are unlikely to get any result quicker than the management company, so they will be closing the case (though it is easy to reopen it if need be).

I have also heard from neighbours across the road that at 0645 on Saturday morning she (and a friend) were witnessed returning to the house completely sloshed. The were struggling to open the door so much so that she had to take a pee at the side of her own house.

  1. That’s sick! Dirty cow! Didn’t you say she has a child? Who was looking them when she was out?!

  2. She does have a child, we think he\’s 3 but if he is he\’s very small.
My neighbours who live opposite saw her.

  3. Wow, I had forgotten that she has a child.

The poor wee blighter most probably lives on a diet of oven chips and fish fingers. I can imagine him alone in the house while she’s out getting bladdered on cheap cider.

The sad part about it is that her kid undoubtedly loves her as only kids can – whole heartedly and without question.

The older I get the more depressing the world seems to be. This crazy neighbour story just isn’t funny anymore.

Good luck in sorting it out.

    Regards,
    Brian.
